We treat all our tenants with respect. You are after all one of our clients and you are renting a property that is going to be your home for a duration of time. We encourage you to feel like it is your own home and we also expect you to treat the property as if it was your own home. Please take care of the property you are renting.

Rent:

All rent payments are made into our trust account. You will need to make sure rent is paid at least 2 days prior to the due date for us to be able to receive it on time. You also need to quote your reference when making your payment.

Maintenance:

If you have maintenance please report this as soon as you notice the fault so we can repair this for you. Some repairs are classed as urgent repairs. For a list of urgent repairs please visit http://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/consumer-protection/urgent-repairs-rental-home
